I am suffering from piles since few years and during winters my piles get more worst perhaps due to winter. I am avoiding meat, eggs, butter and eat more fibre but less water. Recently I consult Dr. for surgery and after some basic tests my fasting sugar was 112. I need surgery to be done at srinagar? Is surgery must for 3rd grade piles Dr. prescribed smuth ointment but I purchased otc medicine (witch hazel) pls tell me is this ointment good?
