Hi. I am facing this problem since last week. My head spins and I feel that world is spining around me. I checked BP and all Blood test. It's normal. I read about it in Google, all symptoms meets to Vertigo. Is there any test which can make sure whether this is Vertigo or something else?

It could be BPPV( benign positional vertigo) a condition due to infection of inner ear, displaced otoliths. Meet an ENT specialist.

Vertigo just implies rotatary giddiness (spinning sensation). It is a symptom of a disease & not a disease itself. Vertigo can be caused by a number of ear conditions. Please get yourself seen by an ENT surgeon to ascertain the cause for vertigo.
