Age 24 female, I have simple ovarian cyst of 3.2 x 2.1 cm in my right ovary due to which I have abdomen pain and pressure. Please suggest me a medicine for this. Ovary size as per abdomen report Right Ovary - 3.8 x 2.2 cm, Left ovary - 2.5 x 2.4 cm.
