I have fever around 102 from 6 days, which fluctuates and chills, I already took paracetamol and augmentin 625 but to no effect. I also developed blisters around lips after having fever for 5 days. I still have fever and chills. Does it look like a viral fever and do viral fevers last for so long. Did a CBC it's normal and a usg which shows enlarged spleen.
