Please get your teeth checked from a dentist for any abrasion or decay. Also have a checkup of your gum conditions for recession and infections. There are many treatment options available for sensitivity. Your dentist is the best person to advise you the right treatment. Using desensitising toothpastes for a longer period of time is not wise if your symptoms are not improving.

Good evening! You may have cavity or reduced layers of normal teeth. Brush your teeth with Oral-B UltraSoft Tooth Brush in circular motion without applying much pressure. If there is cavity kindly consult a dentist and get filled. Thank you!

Hi. The treatment will depend upon the cause of the sensitivity. If it's mild then it will be treated by using anti sensitivity tooth paste, but if it will not help, then the tooth has be checked for any cavities and gum issues.

Hey! Go to a dentist and got your scaling and polishing done and use toothpaste vantej* (twice daily) how to use it- apply on all teeth. Let it be there for 1 to 2 mins then apply on toothbrush and do brushing. Your sensitivity will resolve take care.
