Pilonidal Sinus is a surgical problem. It's unlikely that any medicine would cure it.

Pilonidal SInus can not be cured by just by oral medicines- Homeopathic/ Allopathic or Ayurvedic. It keeps on recurring after some time period. So usually surgery is advised to cure Pilonidal sinus. But surgery is not the right choice for Pilonidal sinus for the reason of recurrence after surgery.
