I am 5 weeks 2 days pregnant 1.Gravid uterus with a gestational sac is noted. 2.MSD 1.2 CMS. 3.Yolk sac seen. 4.No fetal pole or cardiac pulsation. 5.Decidual reaction is normal. 6.No e/o subchorionic/retro placental haemorrhage seen. 7.Internal OS closed. 8.Both adnexae are unremarkable. 9.POD is clear. Cervix 3.2 cm My B.hcg us 18800. May I know is it common to not found fetal pole. Is it healthy pregnancy. After 10 days I have another scan. please reply me this pregnancy is workout.

It is commen not to find a foetal pole at 5 weeks wait for 10 or a weeks and get repeat u/s done.
