Currently I am of 21 years and completing 22 in Jan 2019. I have problem of bedwetting from birth. I had tried many medicines, now problem occurs once or twice a week.

Keep a voiding diary. Monitor your drinking and your urine output. Limit your intake of fluids two hours before bedtime. Check for sleep apnea. Exercise, and wear support hose for swelling in your feet or legs. Elevate your legs.
