Yesterday I ate a fire paaan (fire on beetle) and it burnt some of my upper mouth area. I am unable to eat properly. It's paining a bit. What can I do to get rid of that pain and get back to normal. And Anything I have to be careful about.

Also, yogurt, milk, or honey can help by coating the burned area. Warm salt water rinses also help. Salt is antiseptic and will clean and disinfect the area. To help with the pain, try over-the-counter medications such as acetaminophen or ibuprofen.
