I am a 24 yo man, and I have problem in my testes, a guilt is formed in nerves of testes. I had injections of gentamycin and some dexa mixed as doctor stated me. I had injections for five consecutive days and were effective too. But still a bit of it was left. Doctor said I cant give injections anymore. So what should I do to eliminate this problem?

We usually do not give mixed injection of gentamicin and dexa because gentamicin is an antibiotic which has to be given twelve hourly and dexa is a steroid but if needed we can give it separately and for your problem take tablet folvite 5 mg twice a day for two weeks
