Breast cancer is caused by by multiple factors like life style related, fatty diet, sedentary lifestyle, lack of exercise. Hormonal related, late menarchy, less children or no children, not breast feeding hormonal supplements or sometime genetic. Lifestyle modifications, have marriage and children at right age, exercises, avoiding fatty food can save from having it. Regular self examination help in picking up early stage disease.
