Hi, I don't know my weight but looks like its more than 62-63 kgs. And my height is 5" 7, No medical history. I never did any checkups or tests about thyroid. Periods are regular but after some months it delays about 5-6 days.

Hello, if your periods gets delayed for 5-6 days once in few months and you are not having any other issue, just do not worry. It may happen due to some stress. This is not a matter of much concern.

lybrate-user ji, Thanks for the query. Delay in menstrual period need not be only due to thyroid related issues. There can be other hormonal reasons too. If there is any doubt please get Thyroid Function Test done, that will give a clear idea. If thyroid is functioning normally then It is better to consult a good gynecologist locally. Thanks.
