Well, I am regularly working out to lose my weight, since last 1 year, however there is not much of weight loss. Should I try having meal replacement supplements to reduce my weight.

U have to eat properly according to your Prakriti n body type to have desired results weight loss is a slow process .u have to maintain the continuity to break the weight plateau. Don't give up to fad n short cuts. Stay healthy.
