Hi, I had my period one day late and the flow has been less compared to my usual periods and the blood colour has been darker than usual (dark brown) and I've been having a terrible lower back pain and feeling bloated for about a week and been having a mild headaches.

Whatever is your cycle days plus minus seven days is absolutely normal. Like in your case your cycle is of 28 days, so your periods can come between 21 days (28-7=21) to 35 days (28+7=35). We will take it as normal So one day delay is normal. But flow should be normal. Does it happen for the first time? Is there any chance of pregnancy. If not then wait, it will be alright.
