Dear Dr. I am 26 years old now ,and suffering from pcod for both ovaries. Trying to get pregnant soon. I am following a diet and regular workout to reduce weight. But one of my friend advised me not to take diet because stomach may shrink and it will be more stress during pregnancy. Pls advise if its true? Can I continue with my diet plan or move on to only workout. Pls help me as I am n a confused situation now.
