Age 25, height 5 ft 11 inch, wt. 82 kg, unmarried.from 3 years I am noticing huge reduction in my testis size. So I met an endocrinologist 2.5 years ago, he ordered some test which showed total testosterone 2.46 ng/ml, FSH was 6.36miu/ml (range 1 to 12) ,LH was 4.58miu/ml (range 1 to 9, ultrasound showed both testis normal in size and bilateral varicocele (2 mm on left and 3 mm on right. Then he said no need to worry. Before 1 year ago I met urologist ,he ordered test which showed T.testosterone 2.26 ng/ml ,Fsh was 6.56miu/ml, Lh was 1.79miu/ml ,semen analysis showed azoospermia 2 times and ultrasound showed 8 ml volume of left testis and 9 ml of right testis. He diagnosed it as non obstructive azoospermia and asked for FNAC/ biopsy but I denied. Now I am having stopped pubic hair and moustache ,chin hair growth and blank patches are there now. Now met an endocrinologist. Now test showed T.testosterone 2.21 ng/ml, Fsh 6.45miu/ml, LH is 2.58miu/ml. He said that you may not have failure as your fsh is normal but lh is down. Now he is sending me for genetic testing .How genetic testing will help me. Will it help to cure from issues.
