I had circumstances surgery last month. Post which I could see a frequent semen leakage during sleep. It's quite often now even every 3rd or 4th day. It is very frequent now. After semen leakage am having abdominal pain and burning while urine. I did all the tests and scans. Every thing is normal. No one is able to identify what is the problem. Can anyone please tell me what kind of problem is this and how to cure parmentally. Am 31 year old committed male.
