I am 28 years male. Suffering from dental pain at left upper m1 and m2. The dentist took the xray and explained as m2 is completely infected and m1 is infected but in the outermost layer of enamel.

If m2 is infected than you need to get rct done and if m1 has little infection than you need to go for filling.

If cavity is deep than root canal has to be done whr thr is pain n other if cavity til enamel than needs only filling if theres no pain.
