Hello! I have a German shepherd dog .he fought yesterday with the roadside stray dogs and one of them bite him on the lower side of his right ear. The injury is severe and there is blood and pus inside it. The wound made by the dog's tooth is almost half a inch long. Kindly suggest some medicine or steps for relief.
