I am a male of 61 year old. I found my penis while erected (sexually/not) bent downwards as a curve. I also feel hardness with finger like stick on lower side of penis while not erected. Also penis shortened gradually. This was started 18 months earlier. I take medicine TELMA 80 & ASOMEX 2.5 for hyper blood pressure & volibo 0.2 for controlling blood sugar level. Pl. As per your age its common.. Peyronies disease is a term for curved penis And hardness on lower side..Massage penis with seasme oil.. eat raspberries,blueberries,avocado,walnuts,asparagus,ashwagandha,milk with turmeric,fenugreek seeds with lukewarm water,avoid more of coffee tea and smoking,eat more citrus fruits.. Being diabetic also causes such kind of sexual problems.. better to choose a homeopathic medication..
