Is white yellowish color mucous discharge normal after lateral internal sphincterotomy and fissurectomy? I have underwent surgery 2 weeks ago and there is no pain and itching only some mucous sticky out of anus seen for last 3 days. My surgeon told it is normal but I am scared is it normal? Will it go away on its own? Please tell why there is discharge after surgery?
