My 15 year old had irregular periods and was diagnosed with PCOD. She is on Day 6 of Meprate 10 mg (0-0-1), Spironolactone 25 mg (1-0-0) & Metformin 250 mg (0-0-1). She had some liquid mucus type reddish brown discharge today. She also had some pain in the lower abdomen before the discharge but no pain after. Why would this have happened?
