I had RLS for 1 year now but after taking iron and b12, I am quite fine with rls for the last 2 months. But have burning feet and sometime during in things and then it may come in legs. I am not diabetic and my all blood test were fantastic and even nerve conduction test are all fine. Just burning and sometime tingling in legs. If I go with pregabalin (I have not taken yet), is that habit forming or is this curable? I am worried sir. As I go out for workout, my feet start heating up.

The RLS often does not require any medication and it is harmless syndrome which many people have. YOu can try using vitamins and pregabalin to see if they help you
