Hi, 2 days back I have pain in my right testicle after having sex, on that day I have taken pain killer, another day there was no pain. But when I masturbated there was blood in the sperm. After that, I am seeing my right right testicle to be smaller. I mean both the tests are unequal and unbalanced.
