I am 60 yrs old, doing daily walk and exercises but no control on weight 73 kgs and height is 5 ft.

Dear the body weight is maintained 90%by diet and 10%by exercise. So, if you are not losing weight in spite of exercising, it means that 90%of your diet is faulty. I will let you know how you can lose weight and have a great body while eating the right kind of food. Till then, take care.
