I am 18 years old, I am feeling stomach at the middle of the stomach (upper abdomen) 4 to 5 times a day. I am doing jogging ,planks and general exercises with out any weights. My diet is also good. I didn't got this pain before. My doubt is why I getting pain at that spot only which is not brutal?
