I am 21 years old and I usually sleep at 3 or 4 am and wake up at 10 or 11 am that's why I usually miss my class. Therefore what should I've to do?

Dear pls sleep early before 10 or 11 pm maximum. If u go to bed in late hrs daily ur biological clock get disturbed. body needs an appropriate amount of sleep daily..so its fulfilling its need. If u go to bed early u will automatically wake up early after making a schedule and will feel more fresh. 2. Avoid use of gadgets after 9 pm. 3. Take dinner at 8 pm daily . 4.Do shavasna before sleep for 10 min. 5. Take light n oil free diet at night. 6. Donot skip breakfast. 7..Do exercise daily to keep urself fresh and active.
