Hi, I am taking glyciphage sR 500 twice a day and do 30 minutes brisk walk along with some light weight lifting and physical exercise for about 30 minutes .5 days a week .I don't smoke .drink 3-4 times a month only single peg. My fasting sugar is around 150 and HvA1c is 9 .please suggest me how to control my HvA1c level. I am a vegetarian.

It is good that you are a vegetarian. Take 2 plates for every meal. Plate no.1 &2. Plate no.1 should contain fruits, raw vegetables, nuts and leaves (edible) weighing a minimum of 1/2 kg. And plate no.2 can be of your choice. The very very important point here is you should first eat food in plate no.1 at first, then you can take plate no.2. Don't worry about the misconception that fruits will increase the blood glucose level. It is only a myth. Take as much fruits as possible. And avoid other artificial sugars, Keep walking and physical exercises. You will see a drastic change in your sugar control within a week.
