Hi I am 31 years old female. I have palpitation. My ecg ,echo, tmt, d dimer tests are normal. During palpitation I have numbness in my left arm n chest slight pain but no shortness in breathing. Doctors said its anxiety disorder. N I have multinodular goitre from 4 years. I didn't take any medication for that. Tsh n ft4 is normal. Can you please let me know why is the palpitation n treatment of goitre.
