I am a 14 year old male and is 167 cm tall. I want to ask about height growth. And do exercises like pull-ups, push-ups and crunches stop height? Because my height growth was really fast 2 years back. Then I started doing pull-ups, jogging for competitions. Sometimes I had a lack of sleep for preparing for exams. I slept around 3-4 hours. Also does masturbation stop height because I did it a little. It didn't change my body, but now my height is growing really slow like 1 cm per year. So what should I do? Can you give me a veg. Diet plan for increasing growth.
