I am 35 years old. I always feel wetness between the legs and around the testicles. Both in summer and in winters. I used many powders like terbest, zeesal, onecane, etc. But all in vain. Because of this wetness the scrotum gets attached with the skin. Please suggest any remedy. Sweating over other areas of the body is negligible.
