I am 26 year old male 6 ft tall 110kgweight. My ankles are sometimes little swollen without any pain or redness. Is it normal in case of an overweight person or do I need to consult a doctor. I am little bit tensed because I have read that swelling in feet is related to cardio disorder what should I do pls help. I tried pressing ankles and a little impression is left there but a small swelling pls help.

Yes. U can rest your legs on a thin pillow at bed time. So it reduces. Overweight reduces the blood flowing back from lower limbs to heart ad so swelling. Which disappears when leg is raised and rested. Ideally reduce body weight .drink lots of water. Walk 30 -45 mins regularly. Reduce intake of salt in food.
