Absolutely. The way you get live sperm cells into a vaginal canal really doesn't matter. Your penis isn't the magical item that causes pregnancy ? it's the cells themselves. Penises are just usually the method with which sperm cells are introduced to vaginas. But any method that gets the live sperm cells there can cause pregnancy.
