How to reduce wait as soon as possible and wat to do if the bones are getting weaker and weaker. I just dont wanna have calcium tablets so please suggest something in food such as vegetables, etc. M a vegetarian.

Take curd, buttermilk, low fat milk, 100 gm cheese daily. Take 1tab calciferol d3. Almonds, dried fig, beans, soyabean, tofu, broccli, orange. Are rich in calcium.
