Hello. Sarcoidosis is a chronic disease and prolonged treatment is necessitated with the topical ointments. The hydroquinone definitely helps in reducing the darkness of eyelids. Melalite do have this as an active ingredients along with few others. However a confirmed acceptance of the cream can be given to you by the dermatologist who have examined you previously. Please confirm the same with him before you start using it.
