I am 25 year age male. I have Pain about an inch to the left side of my belly button, It feels tender/little pain when I touch it. There is no lumps, no bulgeness. It was quite uncomfortable but bearable from yesterday onwards, I do not drink/consume alcohol. I have stones in my kidney, I stopped taking medicines for about 7 months, because there is no pain in my kidneys as the stones were so minute. And from the last 3 days I do not have a proper food because of throat pain. I do exercise regularly. Max I proffered eating spicy foods after relieve of my throat pain I started eating spicy food the very next day evening onwards I am suffering with this pain on my left side of my belly button.
