Dear Sir, I workout regularly and took steroids on several occasions. Now I feel little lump beneath my right chest nipple with slight tenderness. From outside everything looks normal. But I am little worried and suspect early stages of gynomaestia. So I have started letroz 2.5 one tablet a day for last 03 days. Please suggest right dose and duration to get rid of the situation.
