I have been seeing some White colour serum getting deposited on my Dick, which can be easily rinsed off. But, now the cover skin is itchy & also dry. I had also observed some scratches on skin. Please suggest the remedy.

White cheese like deposition around glans is nor may and is known as smegma, this may be usually cleaned well with lukewarm water ,put few drops of echinacea mt (20 drops in 1/2 mugful water) will ward off fungal presence.In come cases white gluey deposit with increased redness to penile bulb (glans) may be candida or other fungal infection, this may be post intercourse, or in diabetic individual more occasional, any ways itching ,rednessness, unable to retract skin on glans (phimosis) or or unusual white cheesy deposition which was not earlier requires you to consult skin doctor or a trained homoeopath .Such infection may recovered with little local wash or minimum creams.
