Hello Sir, My right testis pain. Ultra sound show that right sided eppididymo orchist. Right scrotal sac found mild fluid. And right testis artery diastolic flow is absence. My symptoms is vomiting. High fever and testis pain. I consult a surgeon doctor. He give ceftum 500 tab for 10 days and told me that more water drink. Its pain started 1 moth ago. But now not fully recover. Sir please advice and what causes this symptoms?
