Belly fat increases due to minimal physical work and eating processed carb rich food. We keep on eating certain foods thinking they are not unhealthy. But they are actually unhealthy, like - white sugar, refined flour (maida) & oil. When we cook something or even eat a biscuit, it contains either or all three of these hidden unhealthy foods.
