Dear Shobha, In ayurveda, this would tend to be a mismanagement of vaata dosha in the body. Please come for panchakarma treatment. before that, take castor oil and flush out the toxins in the system. this should surely help. regards

Protein X is one of the oldest protein brand in India which is very cheap and it contains high sugar and carbs as well and if I talk about whey protein which is high in protein and less in carbs and sugar. Whey protein ,undoubtedly is a better choice than Protein X.But Keep in mind you can get your protein from food also. You do not need to take it from supplements. But if you have serious fitness goals ,muscle buldings etc .you should go for whey protein .if you have an allergy or intolerance to dairy, you can go for plant base supplements.

You take high calorie n high protein diet. Don't skip breakfast. With breakfast you drink 1 glass of milk n 2 anjeer n 2 almonds. Take 4-5 meals in a day in frequent intervals.

Hello, Homoeopathic medicines are less invasive and have more herbal approach towards gaining the weight. There are a number of homoeopathic medicines, which treat the root cause behind the body’s inability to gain weight or bulk up. 1. Take alfalfa tonic (wsi), 2 – 2 tsp. Thrice a day, half an hour before meals. 2. Calcarea phos 200, 5 drops, once in aweek, morning empty stomach for 2 weeks. 3. Take eggs, milk, butter, bananas, potatoes, mangoes, figs, oats, soyabean and dry fruits. 4. Do light exercises regularly to keep your body active. Hi, kindly disclose your height to guide you for weight loss, describe if you have any associated health complaint also let me know, have you become tan from before or you want to become fairer than your actual skin colour as far as getting glow is concerned you can take proper care as follows: 1. Drink plenty of water and take adequate about of fruits and salads 2. Donot indulge in eating fried, fatty food and red meat 3. Drink green tea and eat flax seeds 4. Wash your face for 2 times/day with mild face wash avoid using soaps on face. 5. Donot indulge in any kind of addictions like smoking, tobacco intake and alcohol 6. Take proper sleep and avoiid taking stress.

To gain weight, eat food with extremely high caloric value. Try to increase your food intake without consuming too much fat and sugar. Regular meals, especially breakfast are important if you find it difficult to gain weight. Eat late - having snacks at bedtime may help to gain weight. Relax after having meal. Eat frequently- eat five or more meals a day. Do regular exercise. Take ashwagandha churna with water twice a day.
