Hi lybrate-user, thats not fever but usually after doing any kid of cardio workout at the gym, the body temperature rises due to increase blood circulation due to which you might feel like you have fever. Drink lots of water, take care of your diet, take more of protein since you work out at the gym. If you want, maintain a fever diary and note down your temperature for 7 days after the gym. You will notice your temperature will never be more than 99. Good luck.
