I am doing a night shift so basically I need to know what should be the best thing to do that is diet and sleep schedule my night shift is from 9 to 6 in the morning so sir if you can tell best routine.

Hi Naveen... Our body requires 6-8 hours sleep... And a meal at least once a day... You can arrange your sleep according to your time table... And convenience... There is no worry... It should be regular... You may face some difficulty initially but once you get use to then it should cause no problem.
