B) pushup-Method: Be on your fours, keep your arms wider than your shoulders and feet together. Keep your body straight. Dumbell fly etc. 2) Ice massage-An efficacious method to regain firmness of the saggy boobies is by giving them an Ice Massage. Method: Take 2-3 ice cubes in a bowl and massage in circular motions around your bosoms foe a minute. Pat dry and wear a fitted bra immediately. Stay in the recliining position for 30- 35 minutes. Repeat thrice a day. 3) oil massage can significantly help. 4)Maintain your posture always to avoid sagging of breasts. 5)Always wear right size and right type of bra to give them a proper support. Wearing a push-up bra is always a bonus. And if you are into sports activities, always wear a sports bra. Avoid anything that may lead to bouncing of breasts unnecessary. 6)Drink a lot of water to keep your skin hydrated.
