For weight you must follow following steps: 1. Cut down sugar from diet 2. avoid fatty fried food 3. Daily Physical activity : eg Brisk walking for 15 minutes 4. Avoid stress regular meditation will also help in reducing weight further guidence can be given after taking complete medical and diet history
