I am a 50 year old male. I used to be fit and active in sports until recently. However over the past 8-10 months I have literally grown weak in the knees. Both my knees hurt badly and I can't run. Also feel weak in the legs. What could this be?

Hello. Rheumatic pains like this are easily cured by micro correctional exercises. After doing them properly and regularly you will be free of pain in 1 month. Secondly to resume the sports you need to strengthen the knees with specific gym exercises. After this training you will be totally fit for the sports. Thirdly you have to keep your weight in check, depending on the sports activity you intend to participate in. Have a happy healing. :)
