Hi My doctor advised maxoza L and CILA-5 for sperm motility and count. Since one month I am using this medications. My sperm count is 32 ml and 4% normal sperm any chance to conceive naturally. My semen reports are normal study. I had bilateral varicocele grade 4 but I am doing sex daily 2 or 3 times. Is it any side effect my testicle function and sperm count? Any side effects for daily sex 3 times with varicocele?

No side effects by sex on varicocoele. Varicocoele may have effect on sperm count and motility so ask urogenital surgeon about need of treatment for varicocoele. Chance of pregnancy yes but at the same time low.
