Having severe hair fall from past one month almost going bald. Tried lot of dermatology but nothing worked. Maybe due to nutrition deficiency. Please could suggest the correct vitamins n minerals fruits vegetables to be included in the meal for lessening the hair fall everyday.

First let me know that if your hair roots are stil existing or you developed a smooth skin over ther. Have you get done your thyroid test. You can take pulses, lentils, eggs, soyabean, meat as your protien supplement. Take apple, can notalope, peaches, amla, for vitamins curry leaves has the power to strenthen hair and make it dark also massage oil with soft hands on scalp apply onion juice on your bald area it has power to grow hair on bald scalp. Do nail rubbing exercise as told in yoga.
