Hello Lybrate user. Yes definitely cinnamon water helps to burn fat. But it would be preferred if you consume only at bedtime without honey. Only 1tsp (5gms) of cinnamon powder in 2glasses of water. Boil till water is reduced to 1glass. Strain and drink. **Excess consumption of cinnamon can also lead to toxicity. There are other ways too which helps burn fat n leads weight loss. Consult for further queries.
