Hello Lybrate user, you also need to modify your diet to reduce your weight. Avoid junk and fried foods. Increase the amount of fiber in your diet and to digest that, also increase the amount of water and keep yourself hydrated all day will help remove all toxins and will remove excess of fat as well from your body. Also along with this avoid intake of salt after 7 pm and have salad and before you go to sleep have 1 glass hot milk without sugar.
